Before you book

How can I book my holiday?

You can book online at www.fantasyislandholidays.co.uk or you can contact our Fantasy Island Holiday Team on 01754 871944 and book over the phone.

What days can I start my holiday on?

Our 7-night holidays start on a Friday. 3-night short breaks also start on a Friday and 4-night midweek breaks start on a Monday. If you are flexible on your arrival date and duration, we may be able to find the perfect break for you, just call our Fantasy Island Holidays Team on 01754 871944.

What is the difference between Bronze, Silver and Gold Accommodation?

How can I pay for my holiday?

You can pay by debit/credit card either online or over the telephone, please note that if your holiday is less than 28 days away, we will request payment in full.

Are the prices the same on the website as they are over the phone?

Yes, the prices you see online will feature our latest discounts and are the same as when you book over the phone. This means you can book in the confidence that you will receive the same great price however you choose to book.

Can you accommodate guests who have accessibility needs?

Yes, we can, we have specially adapted accommodation for guests with mobility issues. For more information you can contact our Fantasy Island holidays team on 01754 871944.

Is there a minimum age requirement for booking?

We are unable to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18. Anyone under the Age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.

Do you accept group bookings or bookings from all male/female parties?

Our Parks are family orientated and therefore we ask that all guests adhere to our policies. For group bookings please refer to our terms and conditions at www.fantasyislandholidays.co.uk/terms-conditions or call our Holidays Team on 01754 871944.

Please note we retain the right to cancel any bookings made that breach our terms and conditions.

Does a baby count as a person for the number in party / berth spaces of caravan?

Yes, all members of your party should be accounted for when making a booking.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, Fantasy Island does not allow pets inside the holiday homes.

Can I request a specific accommodation or make a special request?

We will do our best to meet any special requests, however these cannot be guaranteed. Please call our team on 01754 871944 for more details.

What is included in the cost of my holiday?

Included in your booking is all gas and electricity for your accommodation, Fantasy Island holiday wristbands (giving up to 4 guests unlimited access to rides, 10 pin bowling and adventure golf for the duration of your stay), parking for up to 2 cars for the duration of your stay and free Wi-Fi in our gold standard accommodation.

Can I hire a cot and/or highchair?

Cots and highchairs are available to hire from our parks at just £15 each for the duration of your stay, please request this at the time of booking or call us before your stay to make sure we have one available for you and your family. Remember to bring your own cot linen and note that in most accommodation the travel cot will only fit in the lounge area.

Can I make changes to my booking?

If you wish to make changes to your booking please read our terms and conditions (www.fantasyislandholidays.co.uk/terms-conditions) as to whether this is possible or whether any charges will be applied.

Can I add more people to my booking?

If your accommodation has the capacity to take additional party members then certainly. Additional party members can be added by calling our team on 01754 871944. If the total number of people attending the holiday exceeds the accommodation’s maximum capacity then you need to amend your booking. Some of our accommodation can sleep up to 8 guests.

Can I upgrade my holiday?

Yes, it is possible to upgrade your holiday subject to availability. Please call our holiday team on 01754 871944 to check availability.

How can I cancel my booking?

The lead name on the booking may request the cancellation of their holiday by emailing our holidays team on holidays@fantasyislandresort.co.uk; please include the following information that will be on the booking: booking reference number, address, contact number, full name and arrival date.

Before you arrive

What do I need to bring with me on my holiday?

In order to check-in you will need your holiday confirmation letter, email or booking reference number and ID. If you are staying in our bronze or silver accommodation, you should also bring with you towels.

What is supplied in the Holiday Home?

All of our accommodation is fully equipped with all your pots and pans, kitchen utensils plates etc. There is a fridge, microwave and a cooker as well. In the lounge you will find a flat screen TV, and if you book Gold you get a TV in the master bedroom as well. What is the layout of our Holiday Home?

All of our accommodation includes a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom configuration and layout of our accommodation can vary from caravan to caravan, please contact the team on 01754 871944 for more information.

Do you supply linen?

Yes, fresh white hotel quality linen, duvets and pillows are provided in all grades of accommodation.

Will our beds be made for us?

Yes, your beds will be made for you prior to your arrival in all grades of accommodation.

Do you supply towels?

No, you will need to bring your own towels. However, guests who stay in our Gold standard accommodation will have towels supplied.

When you're here

What time can we check in?

Check in for all of our accommodation is from 3pm onwards. However, if you arrive earlier you are welcome to take advantage of your Fantasy Island Holiday wristbands and begin riding straight away!

What time do we check out?

Checkout is before 11am, please ensure that you return any items you have hired to Reception and leave your accommodation clean and tidy in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.

What is the latest time I can check-in?

The latest time we will be able to check you in is 8pm. Arrivals after 8pm will need to request special arrangements in advance. In order to do this please contact our team on 01754 871944.

Can I get a map of the Park?

A map of the park can be found and downloaded from our website. A hard copy will also be given to you in your welcome pack on arrival www.fantasyislandresort.co.uk/park-info/park-map/

Can I park outside my accommodation?

Our park has communal parking areas and as such there is no direct parking outside of our accommodation. If you have a specific parking requirement please call our team on 01754 871944.

Are you allowed to smoke in the accommodation?

Smoking is forbidden in our accommodation; however, we cannot guarantee that your accommodation will be smoke free. Guests found to have been smoking in any of our accommodation will be fined and removed from the holiday park with no refund.

How far is the accommodation from the beach/nearest town?

The beach is just a stone’s throw away. The nearest town is Skegness only 4 miles away.

Where can I eat?

There are plenty of catering options available at Fantasy Island such as The Olive Tree, The Ranch, Papa Johns, House of Coffee, Subway and many more traditional cafes.
